Care Connection Center Team Manager, RN
The VITAS Healthcare Care Connection Center team manager is a professional clinical and customer service manager. He/she will act as the on-call, after-hours administrator and provide patient management and reporting support to the Care Connection Centers and Programs in a call center environment. To qualify for the position, candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a registered nurse in a home-health environment and a current registered nurse license.
Telecare Team Lead, Clinical
The VITAS Healthcare Telecare team leader, clinical, is a professional clinical and customer service supervisor. He/she will provide supervision to the Telecare registered nurses, licensed practical/vocational nurses and patient care coordinators in a call center environment in order to provide hospice services to patients and families during alternate hours. To qualify for the position, candidates must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in home health and a current nursing license. Registered nurse preferred.
Telecare Registered Nurse (RN)
The VITAS Healthcare Telecare RN is a member of the interdisciplinary team who is the pivotal person responsible for identifying the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of those patients and families needing assistance after normal business hours. You will initiate appropriate interventions to the patients and families by utilizing the nursing process, the VITAS Palliative Care Guide and Telecare Protocols during alternate hours. To qualify for the position, candidates must have a current state of registered nurse license. Two years of customer service/call center experience preferred.
