Call Center Telecare Supervisor
The VITAS telecare supervisor is a professional customer service oriented supervisor who provides direction to the triage staff in order to enable the ultimate level of service delivery to patients and families during alternate business hours. The triage customer service supervisor is responsible for providing the clinical oversight in the call center environment. To qualify, candidates must have a current nurse license and prior hospice, call center and customer service experience.

Triage Team Manager, RN
The VITAS team manager is the leader of the patient care team who supervises, evaluates and coordinates the members of the interdisciplinary team. To qualify for the position, candidates must have a current registered nurse license and two years successful supervisory experience.

Triage Registered Nurse (RN)
The VITAS Healthcare Triage RN is a member of the interdisciplinary team who is the pivotal person responsible for identifying the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of those patients and families needing assistance after normal business hours. To qualify for the position, candidates must have a current registered nurse license. Two years of customer service/call center experience preferred.
